To enter the competition you need a video of you performing the ‘Keep it Moving’ exercise found on p32 of September’s British Horse magazine. Share it on the BHS Facebook page and David Sheerin (Chairman of the BHS) will choose the video demonstrating the best effort of his training exercise. You have until 5pm on 31 October to get your entries in*.

* Competition Terms and Conditions
1. To enter the competition through Facebook, entrants must post a video of them performing the ‘Keep on Moving’ exercise listed on p32 of the September’s edition of British Horse, onto the BHS Facebook page.
2. The winner may choose from a range of Accredited Professional Coaches (link to http://www.bhs.org.uk/enjoy-riding/find-an-accredited-professional--coach) but the lesson is subject to availability of both the coach and the venue.
3. In order to have a lesson the winner must provide your own horse and travel to a venue appropriate for the chosen coach. The coach is limited to travel up to 45 miles from their home location.
4. The prize is one lesson which will last for approximately 45 minutes.
5. If the winner is below the age of 16 years they should be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains at the venue for the duration of the lesson. For a winner aged 16-17 or a vulnerable adult, it is at the discretion of their parent or guardian.
6. The promotion will run until 31 October 2017 and will run until 5pm. The judging will take place on 1-3 November and will be based on the best effort of the ‘Keep is Moving’ exercise.
7. The winner will be notified via Facebook. If we do not receive confirmation from the winner within 5 working days the entry will be invalid and the runner up will be contacted. The process will be repeated for a further 3 times. After this point the offer will be withdrawn.
8. The lesson must be redeemed by 30 March 2018 – after this date the offer expires.
9. Entry into the prize draw is free.
10. The voucher awarded may not be transferred or redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
11. Only one entry may be submitted per customer.
12. The decision of the promoter in any dispute is final.
13. The offer is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
